The Jahangirnagar University Journal of Law (JUJL) is a blind peer-reviewed yearly publication of the Faculty of Law. It intends to promote innovative legal research and disseminate legal studies. The JUJL solicits unpublished research papers focusing on any question of law; however, given the interdisciplinary thrust of the law, it also welcomes writings on any social science approach to legal issues. All papers are subject to anonymous peer review. The reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the area of the submitted paper, and they evaluate submitted papers on the basis of creativity, quality of scholarship, and contribution to the field of research.
